Nicola Rigby – Nicola Fitness is an inspiring fitness instructor whose journey into the world of fitness began as a personal quest for mental wellbeing.
After some life changes Nicola found herself suffering with anxiety – the only time she felt at ease was when she had 1 hour of ‘me time’ at the Zumba Class she attended, Nicola had stumbled upon the transformative power of music and movement.
Recognising the profound impact that dancing and exercise had on her mental state, Nicola embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. She realised that there were no daytime classes nearby and as this was the time of day she needed Nicola decided to train to become a Zumba Instructor and set one up herself.
Drawing from her personal struggles and triumphs, Nicola brings a unique perspective to her Zumba & FIT X classes. With each energetic routine and infectious beat, she creates a supportive and uplifting atmosphere where participants can not only burn calories and improve their physical health but also find joy, release stress, and cultivate a positive mindset.
Nicola Fitness has fostered a vibrant and supportive community of individuals united by their shared dedication to health and wellness. The sense of community at Nicola Fitness extends beyond the Community Classes members support each other not only in their fitness journeys but also in their personal lives, forming genuine friendships and bonds that transcend exercise.
As Nicola Rigby Zumba continues to inspire and uplift others through her infectious energy and empowering classes, she remains steadfast in her mission to spread the joy of dance, promote physical fitness, and empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives – one dance step at a time.
